AI Automation & AI Agents

Useful automation. With people in control.

Connect inquiries, documents and customer workflows with AI where it is genuinely useful—and clear human handoffs where it is not.

The business problem

Where the friction starts.

Your team spends time sorting messages, extracting information and answering routine questions. Introducing an unattended AI tool without safeguards can create new errors instead of removing work.

Our approach

Build around the work.

We separate predictable rules from tasks that benefit from AI. Then we define approved knowledge sources, confidence checks, escalation paths and a way to review the output before sensitive actions happen.

Common applications

What this can look like.

  • Lead capture, qualification and routing
  • Customer support with an explicit human handoff
  • Document extraction and review queues
  • AI voice-agent feasibility for suitable call workflows
  • Workflow orchestration and automated notifications

Typical deliverables

A clear scope of work.

  • Workflow and AI suitability assessment
  • Approved prompts and knowledge boundaries
  • API connections and orchestration
  • Human review and exception handling
  • Evaluation scenarios, monitoring and operating guide

The final scope, costs and support terms are agreed in your proposal.

Connected, not isolated

Work with your existing tools.

Potential connections include your CRM, approved AI model APIs, email and WhatsApp Business Platform. Voice, messaging and model access depend on provider approval and agreed usage costs. These are project capabilities, not live demos on this website.

01 /

Understand.

Map the business problem, the people involved and what a useful result looks like.

02 /

Define.

Agree the scope, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria before the build.

03 /

Engineer.

Build in reviewable stages, test real scenarios and keep decisions visible.

04 /

Hand over.

Prepare deployment, documentation and team guidance. Agree any continuing support separately.

Before we begin.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Rules and ordinary integrations are often more predictable and less expensive. We recommend AI only where the task and risk justify it.

Can an agent act without approval?

The scope defines what can run automatically and what needs review. Payments, sensitive data changes and high-impact decisions need appropriate controls.
